This service covers the top of the South Island. We also offer an express option if you need that vital pre-purchase information in a hurry.
We’ve been building houses in the Nelson region for over 3 decades so we know what we’re looking at when we view your potential purchase.
You’ll get a clear, plain English report which complies with NZS 4306:2005. We will outline all the vital areas: existing major and minor defects in the building construction and finishing, and any present or imminent serious safety hazards that you should be aware of before making an offer on the property.
